Yes! We’d be more than happy to design a custom tasting for you. Just send us an email and we will arrange a call to discuss your objectives and what you want the tasting to be.

Where do you do tastings?

Our tastings can take place in your home, place of business or other venue, or over Zoom. Depending on where the tasting is taking place, travel expenses might be an additional charge in-person events.

is there maximum number of participants?

Ideally for a tasting to be beneficial and enjoyable by all, we would limit the group to 50 people. If you have a larger group, use our Contact page or send us an email and we can find a solution to accommodate.

do you do corporate events?

Yes! Depending on the number of participants and what your objectives are, we can develop a program that will satisfy your needs. Use our Contact page or send us an email with all the details and we will reply within 48 hours.

how do i book a tasting?

Simply use the Contact form or email us directly with your proposed date, time, location and number of participants and we will reply within 48 hours to work through the details. To confirm your booking, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit which will be subject to the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

IS THE WINE INCLUDED IN YOUR HOURLY RATE FOR TASTINGS?

Unfortunately, no. The wines will be an extra charge if you want us to source them for you and we will agree on a budget for that as part of our planning process. Also note, if we are doing a virtual tasting, we will require an additional bottle of each wine to be purchased so that we can taste along with the participants.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Square secure transacting, as well as payment via Venmo. We will include specific details or payment links to you in an email when it comes time to do the transaction.

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY for tasting events?

At time of booking your tasting event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the event. The remaining 50% will be due 48 hours before the event. You have the right to cancel your event at any time prior to 48 hours before the event and not be required to pay the remaining balance. If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, you will be responsible for the full cost of the tasting.
